Handover walks your staff through every required shot, stamps each photo with the time and the GPS fix, and takes the guest’s signature before the keys leave. When the bank calls two months later about a disputed deposit, you send a link to the record the guest signed instead of hunting through a camera roll.

A seasonal worker learns this in ten minutes. There are no menus to get lost in — open the rental, shoot the frames the app asks for, take the signature. Done.
The app shows which shot comes next and will not move on without it. Every photo carries its capture time, its GPS fix and a visible stamp, and a blurred frame is flagged on the spot. It works with no signal at all — in a marina, a car park, on a beach — and syncs when the network comes back.
The guest sees exactly what you see: existing scratches pinned on the photos, the fuel level, the odometer. They sign with a finger and the record is ready immediately — with a link you forward to them. What a guest has seen and signed is hard to argue with afterwards.
At return you shoot the same frames, the app lines them up side by side, and you mark only what is new. Out comes a PDF with before and after photos, descriptions, amounts and both signatures — ready for an insurer, for a chargeback, or for the conversation that usually stops being necessary once you send it.
You do not send a pile of camera-roll photos; you send one document that explains itself. That same document is what goes to the insurer or the bank when a chargeback arrives: nothing to dig for, nothing to reconstruct, no “I think it was like this”.

Built-in checklists per asset type decide which shots are required — a car is not a boat, and a paddleboard is not an excavator.
A unit is one vehicle, vessel or piece of equipment in your fleet. Handovers, staff accounts, languages and reports are unlimited on every plan.
A year of Handover costs less than one lost deposit dispute.
No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered, so the price shown is the price you pay. Card payment. You cancel it yourself, whenever you like — the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and that part is not refunded: the current month on monthly billing, the first of May on annual.
On purpose, and it is not buried in the terms. In May last season’s losses are still fresh and the money is in the account — it is the one month of the year when paying a documentation subscription up front actually makes sense. Take the annual plan and you pay for ten months instead of twelve, with the next invoice not due until the following May. Sign up outside May and the first annual invoice is prorated to the first of May, after which you are on the cycle. Sign up in April, with less than a month to go, and we do not send two invoices in the same week: you pay the full year straight away, and the next invoice arrives on that same date a year later.
Create an account, add your fleet, run your first handover the same day. There is no call with sales, because there is no sales.
